To ensure optimal service for all clients, Unique You Aesthetics has a Deposit and Cancellation Policy due to the high demand for treatments.
Unique You Aesthetics values your time and appreciates your understanding of the importance of ours. Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or missed appointments (including no-shows) prevent that time from being offered to other clients.
For cancellations or rescheduling please notify me by telephone on 07766052582 or via WhatsApp message. If unavailable, kindly leave a text message. The sooner a notification is provided, the sooner the appointment can be offered to another client, helping to avoid the retention of the deposit.
While I understand that unexpected situations may arise, I kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid disruption to the schedule.
Please note:
A deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the cost of your treatment. For consultations, deposits will be refunded if treatment is deemed unsuitable or not possible for medical reasons.
When booking via the website, deposits can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Please note that appointments cannot be confirmed until a deposit has been received. Your chosen slot will be reserved for 24 hours before it may be offered to the next client.
Unique You Aesthetics guarantees that, with more than 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling, deposits will be refunded or can be applied toward any future treatment.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, including missed appointments and no-shows, deposits will be retained, or a treatment will be deducted from any prepaid treatment course.
To help clients minimise the risk of losing their deposit or treatments from prepaid courses, we send out text reminders a minimum of 48 hours before appointments. However, please note that reminders may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, and clients should not rely solely on them.
